About Us

We are a medium size law firm that offers services within the legal practice, mainly within the commercial law area of practice which includes Magistrate’s Court and High Court litigation, drafting of contracts, commercial collections, property law including conveyancing, notarial practice and family law.

The firm has experienced legal practitioners with our senior partner having more than 18 years of experience within the legal field.

Providing legal services within the socio-economic environment: The legal services environment in South Africa changed drastically in the last 20 years. The enactment of the Constitution and the inclusion of the Bill of rights brought enormous change, not only in legislation itself but also in the application of the law within society as well as by the courts. The enactment of legislation such as the National Credit At, Consumer Protection Act, Prevention of illegal eviction Act, Companies Act and the amendments to the Rental Housing Act, to name a few, not only brought constitutional change, but ensure the protection of consumers sometimes to the extent that places rigorous obligations on the business environment. However, it should be noted that the last mentioned as well as the drastic change in the political and social circumstances consequently ensured a pro-consumer legal environment that compels businesses to strictly adhere to legislative provisions in order to have any legal recourse available to them. Due to the fact that these legislative measures are fairly new, and some of them is still developed by the court on a daily basis, we as legal practitioners adjusted our practice to ensure that all the above changes are adhered to, and to utilize them when acting on behalf of clients who are consumers.
